The Kenya Aerotech Eldoret station was set-up in 1997 and has run consistently, growing from strength to strength ever since. The company currently commands the leading market share in the Ground handling business serving local and world Airlines (scheduled and ad hoc operators) at the station.

STATION AUDITS
It’s our responsibility to follow and act as per our customer’s Ground Operations Manuals under IATA regulations which are available in our station for reference both hard copy and electronic form. To assist maintain high service standards and confirm that our services are within the Service Level Agreements our Customers perform regular audits all year round. In addition, the Company’s Quality Assurance department conducts internal audits at regular intervals by appointed staff at short notice. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS (SLAs) The company has signed comprehensive contracts with all customers and entered into binding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) which are available in our office for reference. |
DEDICATED WORKFORCE
The station is headed by a Station Manager supported by a Duty Officer, Customer service team, Security team, Equipment operators and fully fledged equipment maintenance workshop. The station workforce is adequate to handle between three and four flights at any given time. The station operational hours as follows-: Opening ---0330 UTC Closing –1800 UTC 
TRAINING
Training is a continuous process for Kenya Aerotech staff who are routinely kept up to date on the latest industry practices. Attendance records and training files are available in our office for reference. CLIENTS Our clients include; Emirates Skycargo, Etihad Cargo, Egypt Air Cargo, Ethiopian Cargo, Cargolux and Qatar Airways Cargo. |
RAMP EQUIPMENT
Kenya Aerotech boasts modern equipment suited to handle practically all aircraft types that land at Eldoret International Airport. These include Tractors, High loaders, Super Steps, Toilet and Water Carts, Conveyor belts amongst other equipment. Equipment Operators are constantly trained to operate the various types of equipment and certified. To ensure the operations are running smoothly the company workshop ensures efficient maintenance of equipment and record keeping. SAFETY In recognition of the important of Safety and security in today’s aviation Industry, Kenya Aerotech ensures that all staff undergo yearly airside safety and security awareness courses, emergency response drills and firefighting skills. |
